| I give as much authority to each couple as they want, to plan the
ceremony of their choice. The materials I give each couple will assist in
this planning process. My wedding services include:
Two face-to-face meetings (more if needed);
A wedding packet containing:
a variety of suggestions for each part of a wedding ceremony;
a workbook which contains exercises to enhance understanding and
communication on various topics which are central to any lasting marriage;
Attending the rehearsal (if one is planned);
Officiating at the ceremony;
Completing all legal forms and mailing them to the appropriate county
office; IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO SECURE THE MARRIAGE LICENSE AND GIVE IT
TO ME BEFORE THE WEDDING TAKES PLACE;
Attending the reception and offering a blessing before the meal;
Presenting you with a religious certificate of the ceremony. You will
need to apply for a copy of the county certificate which is generally
available two weeks after the ceremony;
The fee for my services is $375.00 (although financial hardships are
taken into consideration). Even though I come from the Catholic tradition,
I am open to working with
couples of mixed religions as well as sharing the ceremony duties with
other ministers. Furthermore, occasionally issues (not related to the
ceremony) arise as couples are planning their wedding; my
services include working with the couple to settle those issues.
